Initial services include meeting with management to analyze the resort’s current performance levels, identifying the target customer and market, reviewing current airlift and natural source markets and finally contacting industry partners to enhance sales and marketing efforts across the region.
Ongoing Services Include:
- Wholesale and e-commerce contracting and sales support
- GDS sales management
- Additional sales support to the travel agency community
- Consulting services to maximize sales channels
- Market and Competitive pricing review
- Reservation center training and trade show attendance
- Interaction with the destination's tourist board, advertising and public
relations agencies to maximize opportunities
- Negotiate, issue and track all cooperative marketing and brochure
funding as budgeted
- Attend contracting events such as CHA Marketplace as needed
- Review scheduled and charter airlift to the destination and identify
new source markets accordingly
- Attend sales strategy meetings as necessary and make recommendations
- Provide input on this segment for the annual marketing plan
